I have had an Easy Rest bed for more than a decade. I love my bed and so does my husband We had the retainer bar loose but their customer service had this resolved in a couple of days , They were very professional and courteous. I plan to purchase the latest model from the company and move my current bed to my guest room so my brother can enjoy it when he visits.

I have had my Easy Rest Adjustable Bed for over 3 years now. I got it because my wife has had 4 spinal surgeries and I have to say the bed has been a wonderful investment in her recovery and getting the sleep she needs. I have never had a problem with it. It works exactly as advertised. And, I would have to say that I have been treated fairly in all my dealings with Easy Rest. They are a good company that does what it promises.

My bed I bought around 2012. The bed is great but the customer service is not worth it. My remote got damaged. The company has refused to help replace the remote. I contacted the Public Relations person Anne M*****. She just passed me onto their rude customer service people. They refuse to send me an invoice to pay for a new remote. The owner should be ashamed to have employees like this representing his company. I called to speak to their legal department, Kieth said no. We have been trying to work with you to get a new remote. You are not in our system at all as a paying customer and you admitted that you paid cash under the table at the warehouse from someone who worked at our Florida location, which has since gone out of business. You refuse to give us the information we need to help you and talk over every person who tries to help you. The price was more than they quoted then the remote crapped out after a year and they wanted $150 to replace it ð?¤¬ buyer beware

Mr. ********** bed is five years old. If he needs a new hand control there is a charge. Mr. ******* also has the option of sending the hand control to the office for testing. Often the hand control simply needs to be reprogrammed or the batteries changed.

I had an Easy Rest Salesman come to my home to tell me about the bed. I thought it would help me with some of my issues and my old bed was getting pretty old so I decided to buy one. I am very happy with my new bed. I can watch tv and read in it very comfortably and being able to adjust the head and foot of the bed has helped me with some issues I was having. I sleep better in this bed.

I have an Easy Rest bed and I do not like it every morning I wake up with pain in my neck and my lower back the mattress are very uncomfortable I can't believe i'm paying this much money for these beds I regret with every bone in my body getting these beds. I hope no one else buys these beds.

This sleep system was delivered in June 2015. We have never received a complaint from Ms. ********** If she would like some assistance under the warranties issued with the bed's sale she may contact customer Service at 800 523-5383. We cannot resolve a problem we are not aware of.

83 year old man, my father, told me they were coming by to drop off information. I told him, DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING. He promised he would not. He kept tellung her NO....After 2 hours of her schmoozing him, telling him how awesome his house was, he finally signed...3500.00 worth of nothing! My dad has a hard time with the bed. He wants his money back. After several letters and attempts to do so, we hear nothing. ****** ****** got taken for a ride!
