I am on the DO NOT CALL List. Every 4 months I get cycles of calls SEVERAL TIMES A DAY from them. I tell them NOT TO CALL and yet they continue. I HATE THIS COMPANY!!!
My mom purchased this bed for me in 2015 after my second back surgery and I have to say I am very satisfied with the bed itself, and after adding a topper, I feel like I am sleeping on a cloud! The mattresses' (2 twin xl) have held up very well, and because my husband and I have different mattress preferences, we were provided with a "soft" and a "firm" side. Poor customer service, does not live up to the "promises" they give, every time I call they say the same thing. Wait 90 days and it will be magic! I have never had to wait 90 days for a bed to work. They sell a shoddy product at a despicable price and they rip off hard working people just to make a quick buck. They should be shut down!!!! Easy rest is more of a scam then a legitimately company. I purchased an easy Rest mattress from Easy Rest on 11-09-2020 since that period of time the massage actuator has gone out twice. Parts come under a lifetime warranty but each time the actuator goes out the company charge me 300.00 dollars to replace the part. They want to let me replace the part because their excuse is only their technician are authorized to install the parts, and for that reason they refuse to send me the replacement part.

Easy Rest Sleep System's motors do come with a lifetime warranty so there is no charge for the actual part and our warranty clearly states that Easy Rest will repair or replace at the prevailing labor rates. Also, our warranty states, "This Warranty does not apply to any motor subject to customer misuse, damage in transit or handling after initial delivery, unauthorized repair or burning." I'm nervous. they gave me three days to get out of my contract and then you only get the bed the bed was trouble I mean awful called them and the guy I talk to was horrible! I'm 63 years old and I think they took advantage of me so now I have to pay 8000+ and it is also going to affect my credit if I don't pay! Please don't fall for the free pillow
I called this company about the bed bug issue that I have been having since 2021 after buying this Easy Rest Bed. I have been getting ate up every night since I got this bed. I spoke with the manager named Jeff today that had absolutely NO compassion for me. The only thing he said to me was there was no way that this bed was sold to me with bed bugs because all of their beds are wrapped in plastic. I am sorry you are dealing with that issue, but bed bugs would have appear must sooner than 2 years later. Bed Bugs don't just come into homes in beds. They can come from other infested areas or from used furniture. They can hitch a ride in luggage, purses, backpacks, or other items placed on soft or upholstered surfaces. I don't like the bed. I stopped payment of $5500.00, put $500.00 down. They will not give me the down payment back. If I hadn't done the stop payment I would have been out $6000.00. BYER BEWARE
