I purchased a sleep system in which left a balance of $6314.73 after $400.00 down payment. When asked salesman Chuck will there be anymore money to be charge, his answer was no. My wife and I purchased the easy rest bed system on 3/27/2019 at a final cost of $ 5,198.81. This is the worst purchase we have ever made. After some bad purchases, we said that we would never again purchase through a home presentation, but we did and we are very regretful. This company actually wanted to charge us over $6,000.00, and we said NO, but they kept persisting to the point of me telling them what I thought was a low price and they would not accept. You filed with the Maryland area which is not the ones who sold you the bed. You need to file your complaint with the BBB & Easy Rest in the Minnesota area. I purchase a Easy Rest on April 9, 2021, the delivery company was late coming install wrong bed, had to replace with the right on, scratch my wood floor. I have been calling Customer service and past over to sales office, getting run around, I was told to get estimates to repair my floor, I sent pictures to them and to the delivery company phone, the company kept telling me they would take care it, they refuse to give me the delivery service company name and address. I have deep concerns about the business practice of ERASS accepting an invitation from an elderly person, especially a single 91 year old woman, and then coming into their home with a male representative providing a small gift to her, taking her into the bedroom and working with her while she is lying in her bed, using strong handed pressure sales tactics to get a sale. If I could give them no stars I would. It's the worst purchase I've ever made! We were told that it would help elevate a lot of our back pain my husband and I have more back pain with this bed than when we had our old mattress. We have had his side of the mattress replaced in 2019 and it's broke down again!

We are sorry to hear Ms. ********* husband is having issues with his mattress. We did replace the "insert" that is inside the zipper top mattress back in 2019. The customer can unzipper the mattress & flip over the insert to help with an even wear of the insert & also it's important to rotate. The easy rest adjustable sleep system is not easy to rest at all you have to be a hundred pounds or less they have poor customer service every time you complain about the mattress you have to pay for the visit very unfair treatment I would not recommend this company to anyone unless they are a hundred pounds or less
Bad service, because , the seller , came to my house and tell diferent story, because he said, that take 7 business days, so is a moth later and still waiting for my bed, but, when I call, the said you have to wait , same excuse every week, but my deposit they cash it the next day. Costumers service don't help at all.
The company will not take back their uncomfortable bed even though we have beg them to come and get it out of our house. They tell us no returns yet to sleep on it for 90 days. This $800.00 junk bed we would like to burn. The company is not willing to help resolve this issue. Beware of them and their dealings.

I have had my dual king Platinum Easy Rest for 7 years now. I LOVE it! I have back problems and being able to elevate my feet to take the pressure off my back has done wonders for me. My wife accidently spilled some water on her remote and our customer service experience when we called to replace it was so pleasant. I would highly recommend Easy Rest to anyone that needs an adjustable bed.
