I reached out regarding a Mercedes’ Benz 2013. I was told I would be contacted shortly . I called every day for 3 days straight . On the first day I was told someone would call back. In the second day I was told by Lupita that she was off work and would have a coworker call me. No one ever called me. I tried calling the offices but there’s a voicemail that gives Lupitas number instead whom I had just spoke with . Started talking to Luis last Monday about a pickup tried to pay Thursday and again on Friday but he wasn’t available said LET’S finish the deal Monday. Ok fine! Called when they opened and they had sold the truck. Was having it shipped and had to cancel that. I’ve never dealt with a more backwards company in all my life. GOOD LUCK DEALING WITH THEM. They also don’t answer the phone often which makes it even worse. I could go on but will stop there.

First I will like too thank you Luis for everything you did for me. He's the man you wanna deal with. I flew from the BAYAREA greated me with ice cold waters you know how hot in be in LA got me a nice mercedes benz. He also gave me $200 back for a part that I needed I will buy from them again.....
