Dante is next level amazing. Everything here is clean, beautiful, perfect. Every cut and every detail to even how the place is organized is jaw dropping. If you appreciate and love your meat - this place is just heaven. Can’t wait to go back. Got myself a few perfectly trimmed Denver cuts and prime skirt. Next stop is the journey of wagyu they have available. Grateful for this place.

After not eating red meat of any kind for most of my life about 9 years ago after becoming anemic, I started to eat filets. Then a few years later, I introduced ribeyes, and then NY strips. I was not a meat connoisseur at all. Fast forward to the past year or two and I have learned that I just LOVE good tender melt in your mouth beef. I live to try rare finds.
