We've used Easy Living Cleaning & Restoration several times now to clean the sofas in our rental property. Felix is prompt, polite, and professional and the furniture looks like new when he's done, not matter how dirty it was to start. On top of that, his prices are very reasonable given the outstanding results he provides. We highly recommend.
We are new condo owners at Miramar Beach. We rent it out and are here from IN for a few days and needed our couch cleaned. We needed a quick turn around and I called on Sunday and Felix the owner called me right back and was here Monday morning!! He spent 3 hours cleaning our couch. He is a perfectionist and very reasonably priced! Extremely personable as well!!! I would highly recommend them!!! We are very pleased with the outcome!
Easy Living Cleaning with Felix gives you the BEST carpet cleaning Ever! Our carpets look so nice almost like New! I would recommend Felix he does a good job, pays attention to Details. He is busy (because he is good)so be patient with Him! Monte ( well worth waiting until he can schedule you)
This man is so good at what he does & his knowledge....He got rid of palmetto roaches & found way to keep them out of condo in Crystal Sands in Destim, Fl...super nice guy ...dried out celing from floor above where bugs living like kings & queens. .so if want HELP fast, call Felix Cruz......
