Mark is a real professional. I had a central vacuum hose with electric powerhead that I had converted from a "pigtail" to use "direct connect" to obtain power, but that conversion I had done years ago never fit right. I had obtained the conversion parts from MD, the OEM. Over the years the cuff broke and I searched for a replacement. MD sent me a replacement, which again didn't fit. I visited the shop from where the hose was originally purchased and they told me they couldn't fix it because it was too old (15 years perhaps),... read more
I just brought my vacuum to be repaired, it turns out I had put the filter in wrong. They put it in correctly and called me, no charge. They are an honest fair business.
Absolute RIPOFF. I paid this guy $60 to essentially clean out the vacuum and replace the belt. When I got it back it was full of dust and broke 3 months later. He wants another 50$. Money sucking if you ask me.
