Beware! Caused large scratches in the side of my truck and the owner refused to take responsibility because their exit cameras are conveniently inadequate to capture them. Even after proving to the owner's son that the scratches aren't visible on his cameras and therefore he can't use them to disprove their culpability they still refuse to step up.
They would not fix this. Happened at Lansing but went to Schererville and they wouldn’t help me.
Buyer Beware...Owners of this store refuse to cover any damage, whether buy there equipment or employee. It happened to me, a senior from Schererville drove through there car wash, not only Did i recieve paint chip damage from there car wash, but as irresponsible as it may seem, sealing the roof during business hours, exiting the car wash covered my truck in paint splatters that melted the clear coat, paint down to the metal, 10 to 20 spots about a 1/16" accross my hood alone. Have employees (Fred in particular) learn better customer service skills.
Tomas is an excellent employee. He always takes special care of the car and does a good job washing before entering the car wash. He has an excellent personality as well.
Your Tomas is awesome. He actually takes his time to clean the cars. He works really hard and is always in a good mood when me and my dad come in. He always says hi to us and gives us the proper greeting. Keep up the fantastic work Tomas!
