The guy who helped me get checked in was great. Then I get to the carwash all the guys had attitude. 1 guy was hitting my car with his brush. He must of been new because the other 2 guys were telling him what to do. I believe he put a dent on my driver back door. He wasn't brushing but banging that damn stick all in front of my car and driver side. I even yelled at him. I asked the guy who gave me the towel if he was new? Best car wash around! The guys make sure the back windows and back of the vehicle are washed down.
I have been using this place for over a year now, and have never had any problems with them until recently. I just went to get my car washed by them and there were still bug remains all over my windshield. I went to go ask them to rewash it and they gave me an attitude. They ended up re-washing it and only took off half of the bug stuff with their scrub brush and would not even get the other part of it. Very dissapointing!
