Stay away, there's better companies than Easy Choice. Property we rented was filthy, no compensation for inconvenience of buying cleaning products and having to clean home due to late arrival, barely any linens, no DVD player, no fitness center was stated on website, had audacity to call me and state they modified the website listing to reflect changes but no compensation. Lousy customer service, would never return calls had to call back several times.
This was our first experience with renting a vacation home. The Easy Choice home we rented was excellent! Clean, spacious and we were always well informed on everything about the house and the area. The only minor things were the gas grill did not work very well and the garbage removal and pick up instructions were not very clear. We had a family of 10 in this home and we had plenty of space with the perfect amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. We loved the area in Florida we stayed. Recommend this to everyone.
La familia completa quedo muy complacida con la residensia, es muy comoda, segura y accesible. El personal a cargo es muy agradable y esta al pendiente y dispuestos a que la estadia sea una placentera.
thankyou very much to easy choice vacation homes we were very impressed with everything on the reunion site we stayed at in kissimee very beautiful and completely secure the staff throughout were all so very friendly we will without doubt return for another stay as soon as possible
We have been with Easy Choice for 4 years & will be again in 2015 during Jan , Feb. & March. Units are clean & outstanding service.
