I placed my order on May 28, 2025, and up until now, I had always trusted Easy Canvas Prints. However, my recent experience has been incredibly disappointing. I ordered one to test, it was as expected low quality. You can see the lines of the printer, some colors are slightly smudged, colors are slightly off from the original, stapling and folding was less than standard quality. As for the false advertisement and fake shipping costs that is pretty much standard for all canvas printing places for some reason. Slow. Poor quality. Customer service rude. Not inetersted in resolving an issue. Customer is always wrong.
Now you all know that it does not cost $14.99 for shipping on a "FREE" 11 x 14 canvas print. I checked with the post office and postage to my address from yours in a package that size is $5.61 And your company probably gets postal bulk discounts so it is even cheaper then $5.61 to ship. Your advertised "FREE", "93% OFF", "87% OFF" is masked false advertising. SMH.
I ordered a canvas expecting decent quality based on the reviews, but what I received was just average. The colors were a bit dull, and the image wasn't as sharp as I’d hoped. Not terrible, but definitely not worth the price. What really disappointed me was the customer service. I had a simple question about my order and it took several days to get a vague, unhelpful response. No follow-up, no real resolution. Overall, the experience felt like an afterthought. Would I order again? Probably not.
