Ordered a large, custom printed canvas in a frame. Process was easy from start to finish and it arrived a day earlier than projected. The quality was great and I am very happy with how it turned out. I docked 1-star for the packaging job. The frame was protected well but their was minimal protection of the actual canvas. UPS did a number on the box and I was quite worried that the canvas would be damaged as I opened it and saw there was no protection for it. Thankfully, it was not damaged.
I was a little weary of getting these canvas prints done because of some of the negative reviews. I couldn’t pass up the price so I went ahead and tried them out anyway. They arrived 5 days later and we couldn’t be happier! We ordered two 16x20, one 20x16 & one 14x11. They were as clear as I would have expected and just what we were looking for especially at this price. We will definitely order more!
Sent me the wrong product. Got an AI response to my email. They have been slower then you could possibly imagine to get me my order. Been about a month now on a "rushed order". The part of my order i have received, a metal print, is poor quality at best. Not expecting much from the acrylic print I ordered but I atleast expect to receive what I paid for. They dont care about the customer at all. Dont expect good products or good service.
They print and ship. I still have not received a clear answer how to get the design I ordered. Preview tool on website shows a bleed over edge. What I received is a mirrored edge. There is no option for bleed over, only black, gray, white or mirrored edging. Customer service keeps telling me yes they can do bleed over, but online preview and advertised canvas prints all show bleed over, not mirrored edges. I decided to give this company a try because my wife takes great outdoor pictures. I ordered two canvas prints and an 8x8 tile. I received the two canvas prints to my PO box within about a week and a half. I kept waiting for my 8x8 tile and almost 3 weeks later I get an email saying sorry we don't ship to PO Boxes it has to be a physical address. So I never received my 8x8 tile. It doesn't make sense to me that a company will ship large 16x20 canvas prints to a PO Box but can't ship a small tile to a PO Box. I am fine with i... read more
