RecommendedEasy Buffet has the best Buffet ever. I've been to many other Chinese buffets and the Easy Buffet is the greatest. The family also owns the Ginger Buffet in Fairview Heights. The food their is great as well.
Hua En, the owner, is gracious and always welcomes us with a smile. If you want fresh sushi, awesome crab legs, and all you can eat buffet, please stop in and say Hi. You won’t regret it!

Wide variety of healthier choices
Delicious sushi. Very fresh. Good stir fry. Lots of choices, including fresh shrimp and scallops on the stir fry. Standard Chinese dishes...only problem is keeping the food as hot as I like it. Nice desserts. Including soft serve ice cream. The staff is great. Always a full glass.
