Very disappointed. In both the AirMini CPAP machine I bought from therm as well as the EasyBreath policies. They shipped on time, and customer support worked with me, so that was good. But the AirMini humidifier that comes with the N30 mask doesnt work at all, at least for me. I've used my bigger machine with a real humidifier with the same style of mask,and I've never had a problem. the N30 mask let my throat, mouth and nasal passages dry as a bone, and has given me a severe sinus headache. This company and product are a scam! DO NOT purchase anything from them, I was using airsense 10 which I have now over 10 years with no issues. I wanted to see if I could get something better, I call this company and a sales rep sold me the airsense 11 I got the machine and started to use it and was having chest pains and nose bleed which NEVER happen when I was using the old machine. Do not buy ANYTHING from this company! Because of a mixup, I needed the serial number for a Resmed Airmini CPAP machine that I purchased from Easy Breathe. When I called customer service, and gave them my name and the date of my purchase, I was told that the company DOES NOT RECORD ITS PRODUCT'S SERIAL NUMBERS ON ITS CUSTOMER'S BILLS OF SALE. I just got off the phone with Aaron of Easy Breathe Customer Service. I purchased cpap supplies for my Dream Station 2. He was polite, helpful, and knew what he was doing. I know where I will be ordering my supplies, the next time that I need them, and I also hope that I get Aaron again, too.
