This company and product are a scam! DO NOT purchase anything from them, I was using airsense 10 which I have now over 10 years with no issues. Do not buy ANYTHING from this company! Because of a mixup, I needed the serial number for a Resmed Airmini CPAP machine that I purchased from Easy Breathe. When I called customer service, and gave them my name and the date of my purchase, I was told that the company DOES NOT RECORD ITS PRODUCT'S SERIAL NUMBERS ON ITS CUSTOMER'S BILLS OF SALE. I just got off the phone with Aaron of Easy Breathe Customer Service. I purchased cpap supplies for my Dream Station 2. He was polite, helpful, and knew what he was doing. I know where I will be ordering my supplies, the next time that I need them, and I also hope that I get Aaron again, too.
It's been almost a month and still no delivery of my product. They don't respond to my emails or my calls. Buyers beware!!
