Shame on this company! Taking advantage of the elderly. They do not take Medicare part A or B or supplemental insurance like Aetna. They only take Medicare Advantage. My 88 year old dad has been paying out-of-pocket for 4 years. When I called the company they told me "he wanted it so we sold it to him." Buyer beware
Needed my report for my DOT physical. Was promised the email was coming with the report. Email came with no attachment no report. I was on hold for hours, they never answered. I sent emails, no response no contact. Later that day: contacted and they got the report to me. It was too late to get my card by this point, lost work. Changed from one to three stars. Over the years they have really made up first impressions and have been a great company. Changed to five stars.
you can find the cpap machines cheaper literally anywhere else. will try to scam you out of everything you own.
They sell me a machine that will not accept my oxygen. I can't have oxygen and a heated hose both. Anything to sell a machine. Terrible company 😞 now they won't exchange it.
terrible company complete scam, rite aid and cvs have parts you need and their competitors all have better pricing and better customer service, do not use easybreathe just a terrible middle man company that doesn’t care about customers
