They sell me a machine that will not accept my oxygen. I can't have oxygen and a heated hose both. Anything to sell a machine. Terrible company 😞 now they won't exchange it.
terrible company complete scam, rite aid and cvs have parts you need and their competitors all have better pricing and better customer service, do not use easybreathe just a terrible middle man company that doesn’t care about customers
Terrible customer service. Bought $2000 Cpap machine and accessories 2 months ago. Machine stopped working properly. Called Easy Breathe and they told Me I had to call the manufacturer to receive technical help. They could only offer to send the machine in for repair. Called Resmed and they informed me that Easy Breathe had to supply all technical support and warranty claims. Very rude customer service they just hang up on like its nothing. 2x not once and I wasnt rude with them very strange interactions over the phone. When you enter ther page it offers for to check your coverage. Was a luttle confused they show medicare as a carrier they accept. When u call for answers they will say no they dont and offer no answer to what I was trying to get on my confusion they just hung up on me. Came through for me when I was visiting UCLA. They had the part for my cpap mask that I needed and Uber delivery picked it up from them and delivered to me at UCLA.
