Do not move here . The most horrible treatment a manager can inflict on his tenants is here. I've been living here since 2019 but it's been horrible and unlivable for a few months. The house was flooded by rainwater. Humidity and mold and unbearable smell. The manager refuses to do the work. If you love peace and your physical and mental health is important to you, don't move here 👈.
I lived here from January to May, terrible experience. Upon move in, there was an entire roach nest in my apartment. After numerous requests they neglected to follow up on pest control in a timely manner and I was able to successfully take them to court and break my lease During my time there they also entered my apartment unannounced, accused me of lying about the issue, and basically tried to call me dirty instead of taking any accountability
It's rare to find someone so approachable and professional during early stages of moving, and samantha truly made a great first impression. Her communication was timely, and she made me feel welcomed and supported right away. I am really looking forward to moving in and being part of this community. I applied for the eastwyck apartment. Samantha made the process so easy for me. She talked me through it and explained everything to me. She is very professional and has kind heart .
