Can’t ever answer there phones
Who ever owns this place really needs to come here and put in some work. The “Landlord” is a phantom and I have never seen said person. The office hours are a lie, everything here is outdated and the insides are terrible. Vermin in and out of the buildings very little pest control. No security at all. Place really could use a revamp, especially since rent started at 700 now it’s up in the 900s been here two years. That’s kinda uncool. I have lived here 8 years!! Lately, not worth the money. No, office support in two years, barely a maintenance support in 5 years. The community run an adult support group in one of the building, the young adults run ramped all day n all night!!! I don't recommend this community for anyone that has children or like their sleep. Plus they just jumped the rent $200.00, with no upgrades.
