A horrible unprofessional clinic. I was being judged and not taken seriously by the doctor, he told me that the pain Im having is not a thing and seemed like I was a bother to him. The pharmacist was rude,and unprofessional. She was so loud I could hear her belittling her coworker the entire time.. We come to the clinic to get professional help , and in hopes of being understood and helped. But instead I felt embaressed, uncomfortable and judged.
Its okay. Disappointed they closed at 5 PM on Fridays. Receptionist does not return your calls.
Very respectful place. Never had an issue with appointments or seeing the doctor. Doctor himself is very kind with commendable bedside manners.
Amazing staff. Best pharmacy in Kitchener.
