RecommendedHighly recommend this community. The office staff is stellar. They are pet friendly (they have a dog park). Pool is nice to hop in and go for a swim plus there is laundry on site if you don't have a washer/dryer. Location is just down the road from Rosepepper, Ugly Mugs, and Five Daughters Bakery. One of the best apartment communities I've ever had the pleasure to live in.
Beautifully renovated apartment homes tucked away in the heart of East Nashville. If you’re looking in this area you should defiantly check this place out! They is even going to be a brand new pool getting put in! This place is beautiful, quiet, affordable, and so close to all the local hangs!
Eastwood Greene is a lovely apartment community in a great East Nashville location. The renovations are top-notch and the leasing staff is so friendly and helpful! I highly recommend!

Eastwood Greene is in a quiet neighborhood and one of the more affordable places to live in East Nashville. I love that I can be downtown in 15 minutes or less. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is super nice. Maintenance responds right away.
Eastwood Greene is great and a fun place to live. I've lived here for 3 years and absolutely love the location. I'm so happy with the staff too!
This place is awesome. The staff is very welcoming and kind. They have events here where we're able to meet other residents. We love living here :)
