Been a resident for over 25 years. I love walling my dog, there are sidewalks all through the community and bins to put doggy bags in. The pool is nice and clean, even have Pool Umbrellas you can use. My children enjoy the swimming and play parks. Crime rate is low. So close to Groceries Stores and the Waterford Lakes Mall. Have two daughters that attended Sunrise's Elementary School. An A+ school rating. Discovery Middle School then Timbercreek High School. A grandson at Sunrise, and a granddaughter at Discovery.
