One star because after being a patient there for two years, receiving prescription medications and also going there for therapy every week, sometimes every other week, they are telling me that they cannot locate my medical records. I have been trying to get my medical records from them for a year and they made me jump through hoops just to get mailed an elaborate form to request medical records. ABSOLUTE TRASH. They have no staff. Cant get ahold of the someone to pay your bill or schedule an appointment. You cant get in to see anyone within a reasonable amount of time. They have gotten rid of so many people and NEVER replaced them. I now have to go without my medication. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE even if it is your last choice. Edit -- Management has reached out to me since this review has been posted. They have hired more front desk people, and they were able to rectify my issue.

Whoever the lady is at the front desk is incredibly rude and sarcastic, if you don’t like your day job then quit.
