I am a 45-year-old male and have been in therapy since I was 18 years old. I have been on my current medication for years. It was a bad experience from the very beginning. I started there on 6-11-2020 and everything was going well until the therapist (Rebbeca Jordan) started rescheduling appointments and canceled the last 2 I had with her. 2 months ago I had a telehealth visit with one of the therapists. For about an hour visit, it went ok. They were supposed to call me back in a few days to set me up with the correct therapist that would fit my needs. Didn't hear from them for 2 weeks. I called them 4 times. Finally got through to someone, they said oh I'm sorry. But okay can you go to the Shelby Township location? Sure I say. They said ok we'll call you tomorrow to schedule..... It's been 6 weeks.... This place has been great from the start and continues to impress me. When I made an appointment the ladies at the front desk were very nice and happy to help me in my time of need. My counselor is very professional. She knows how to make my days better and talks me through the rough patches. Thank you, all of you!
I had a major medication change. The doctor told me he wanted to see me back in a month. Called to schedule, the soonest they scheduled me was 2.5 months out. I had told the receptionists this, and they said there’s nothing that can be done because that’s just how far he’s scheduling out. How in the world can you start somebody on a medication and not allow them a follow up with the doctor for over 2.5 months? This is just completely unacceptable.
