They definitely don’t make it easy to get help these days. I need a doctor’s referral just to enter the list? Sucks to be an American these days, maybe I’ll be worth more to the country dead I dunno
This place has treated very good and I'm forever grateful to feeling better about myself. Ps Dr Mehta is the best.
I would really love to give a full 5 stars as both the therapist and psychiatrist I see are amazing. They listen to me and try to understand my position and how I'm feeling. I love that after I had to move, I can still have virtual visits. The only problem I've had is with the scheduling staff. I left a message twice for scheduling in my whole time using their services, (I've been seeing my therapist for almost 2 years) and I didn't get a call back until 3-4 days later. This place was referred by son's pediatrician. My insurance covered it with a copay. Now I'm being charged over $100 for a consultation visit and being called, emailed and harrassed about it EVERYDAY. Harassing me is not going to make me pay any faster and I will dispute it with my insurance company.
