Bought a home with TriPointe. Bad design, terrible closing experience. Terrible warranty service. Any service request raised will be dismissed without much consideration. They will blame you that you broke and the warranty is void. I would stay far away from this builder. I wouldn’t trust a word they say. My oven door had visual dents and I was told it is normal.
