My car was stolen while I was renting a place there. Those involved in the situation didn't do the right thing and led to me becoming kicked out of my apartment because of it, while I struggled to find a place to stay for quite some time afterwards. I lost a lot of money due to the situation. An unfair amount to lose. It's heartbreaking, because I actually loved the place, and could actually see myself purchasing an aparrment there one day. Or at least in the area.

I stayed in a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment. It should be noted that one of the bedrooms only has internal windows at the top of its wall facing the hallway. I arrived at 8 p.m., which is after their office's closing time, and since I had notified them (both thru email and also the Agoda app's messaging system) beforehand, they had emailed me instructions on how to obtain the room's key from a safe located in the car park. I have a been engaged with Eastwood Apartments for more than 10 years and have always had a great experience. The onsite management is excellent and the team are professional and very responsive to any requests. Yang in particular has been terrific and provide first class service. Good location to be in and I definitely recommend.

The cleaners rarely ever clean the bathrooms, for staff who work in the businesses at this building. They only change the toilet roll, and that’s about it nothing else gets cleaned. Building management couldn’t care less.
