Nice hotel, unfortunately despite getting a phone call the day or day before we were due to check in asking what time we would be there, I said 3pm, they said great, someone will be at the desk....no one was there, knocked, called, many times no one there, saw the emergency number outside the door from inside, took 3 calls for them to answer/return call, to be told they had stepped out for an "emergency". Apparently I didn't receive a text for so it yourself instructions (it came through 11.52p.m that night). Wasted at least... read more

Booked a 1 bedroom apartment but got given a studio apartment instead and informed "we sell this room all the time and no one has a problem with it". Upon arriving at the room there was a disconnection notice on the door and sure enough the electricity was off in the room. Had to tell front desk and was compensated a bottle of shiraz (to people who dont drink, cheers). Aircon was in the kitchen of all places and super noisey and had everyone up all night.
