The move in wasn't too bad. Staff was good. The software they use for leasing (Yardi systems, etc) was very particular. This might cause a delay with finishing applications. Also there were some things not finished with the apartment by move in (probably due to only one person on management and pavement work on the property). Ms. Ke was very kind and attentive when showing us the apartments, thanks to her we now live in this apartment complex, for all the attention she gives us when we ask about the apartments.
