I’m currently living here and all I can say is that the maintenance is so bad. My parents have been trying to contact the office to tell them abt the problems in the apartment. And they never respond. Every time u walk out of ur apartment for js a minute u’ll smell really bad right away bcs of how bad it smells outside. There’s also lots of bugs outside too.
I've been a resident here for 2 years I never really felt safe after knowing a sex offeneder lives here and was parking right outside by my patio and hanging out with friends. Recently I been feeling unsafe more because 2 months ago they had workers here working on the patio and now my patio light doesn't work.
