Illegal service being run in this establishment they have a hidden sign behind the counter of 18 percent on all to-go orders plus the 2.5 surcharge.
We had a wait a bit to get a table but once we were seated things were good. I got the crispy chicken last time and this time I got the seafood soup. The soup was good but I wish I had the chicken again. The food is high quality for the area, although a bit pricey.
We got the crispy pork belly and the pork belly was really dry and very tough, rice was hard and under cooked. The pho was just ok. We also got the Crispy Lobster Bao Buns on the appetizer menu and it had good flavor but once again the meat was very dry and tough. Service was excellent. We got there around 9pm and they close the kitchen at 9:30, I am wondering if we just got food that was left from earlier in the day, instead of cooking it fresh?
