As a place that is suppose to be my home they have made it very apparent they are only focused on my money. No longer got a 24 hour notice before someone had entered my apartment.. this really upset me because I had bad experiences with that stuff.. from there they also stopped responding to all my emails, are overall just very short with me now and I hate living here. I know it is a business but these are peoples homes and I have the right to feel safe in my apartment and I don’t feel that way as a single person living alon... read more
Management is very poor. The washers and dryers have been out for months, but they put in new exit signs & entrance doors! Maintenance is absolutely terrible! Doesn’t even know how to change a lock! Left my door without a lock for over a month! Can’t wait for my lease to be over. Rent is overpriced to not be an updated home
Eastwind is definitely a great place to live! Fairly priced, lots of space, a big porch, good location, and very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of parking including your own spot under an overhang. It is tucked away, but still has shopping close as well as access to major roads.
