I have been living here Since before the pandemic shut down. Sure I have complaints. Find the place where you don't have such complaints and you will be truly blessed. But I would ignore these complaints that are being posted in the reviews here Which Indicate that management personnel are doing things like spying on people and setting up the trash valet so that they can berate the residents about nap , putting the trash out correctly and so forth. DO NOT RENT HERE! Save yourself the stress. Of course the apartment/ townhome seems fine at first. Then comes along… 1. ROACHES. Big ones, small ones, baby ones, grandma and grandpa ones. They’ll send you a letter saying Pest control” will come out on Friday and pest control never comes and when they do it is never successful. It’s very disgusting waking up to alive and dead roaches everywhere. 2. The jet noises.Very close to Oceana base of your military.
