Terrible landscaping, cats everywhere, trash piles up, management harasses residents, no phone number for emergency maintenance or after hours with office staff. Cats poop everywhere and jump out garbage cans. The homes have bug issues. Parking is horrible. There is no extra storage in the homes. You are responsible if trees or weeds grow in your back porch. This place needs a new management company.

Working with artcraft has been a wonderful experience filled with ups and down. The staff are accommodating to the residents needs. It's been a great pleasure and wish u guys all the best. Chow

I was so unhappy at first but Sara and Adrianna got right on the things that we wasn’t happy about. We love our home the only thing is my back porch is not fenced in like i thought it was gonna be and not sure if we can still put lawn furniture out back. But overall very spacious I hate the vent blowing in the bathroom lol but very quiet neighborhood

Been here since July (my husband has been here 3yrs but didn’t want to deal with the office) and this complex is a mess.. Hot and Cold water are swapped in the kitchen, SO MANY DAMN BUGS! Pest control is nonexistent. There’s no lights in any of the rooms except the “dining area”. They constantly raise rent with horrible living conditions. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I've lived here for about a year now. And as far as living spaces I don't think I've had any issues. When it comes to maintenance the crew is pretty timely when it comes to requests. Yea sure the auto shop sucks but unfortunately if you decide to move here that's your own problem. Same thing with the neighbors. There's been a couple issues with neighbors but that has nothing to do with eastwind. That's just horrible people.
