Winter 2024 was wet, harsh and cold and lead to a rather nasty ice dam on our roof. This ice dam caused leaking inside our bedroom. This house was new to us so of course we were in a panic. That’s when Brent stepped in. After calling him he showed up with in 24 hours to assess the situation. He put us to ease explaining what he thought the issue was and what our options were.
