The landlord, Lisa, is rude. She talks down to all the residents and scolds them like children. She once yelled at me for "speeding" on the property when I was going 12mph to get up the steep hill. She lied saying there was a speed limit posted on the property, and there is not-- not even in the lease. She plays her power card to bully and intimidate residents, and this is just one example.
