It's always nice to go see Dr Emily for any dental visit. This visit was a little more difficult for me as it involved drilling out a filling and making preparation for a cap. Didn't sleep well at all the night before. Dr Emily and Hannah provided excellent care and comfort, calming my anxiety completely. They took their time and told me exactly what they were doing at each step. They made the procedure as comfortable and painless as possible. Thank you, Susan

Dr. Emily patiently and clearly explained my options for fixing my broken tooth. I opted for what I and she determined was the best treatment, an inlay. Although my insurance denied the initial pre-determination, Dr. Emily felt that with some clear proof (pictures) and a detailed explanation of why this was the best treatment, directly from her, they may see the light! To be determined... but I do feel this was the best decision for me and my tooth. :)
After breaking a crown on Sunday, I turned up unannounced at Madison Family Dentistry on Monday morning and despite a full schedule, Dr. Paul managed to fit me in and I had a temporary crown fitted within a couple of hours while the permanent one was on order. The procedure went very smoothly and painlessly. He is a fantastic dentist!
Facility was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Staff was cordial and efficient - Dr. was competent and fair and provided an reasonable path forward.
Awesome!
