The staff took care of me when I arrived. They were in a good mood and explained what they were going to do before each step. I feel I spent the right amount of time there...neither rushed, nor having to wait long periods of time with nothing happening. The office is clean and bright. I have confidence in their ability to handle all my dental needs.

The wait was only 3 minutes, I was quickly in and out. A good experience as always.
Had an unexpectedly long visit, when a large filling turned into a crown. Dr. Emily left me with choices at several important junctures and even had someone call my husband so he didn't worry. This is a top of the line, caring, expert dental office. All personnel are warm, caring and efficient. They do whatever they can to make your visit a success in all ways.

I was pleased that an abscess was discovered before pain set in and a painless root canal to remove a dead nerve avoided further issue.
Fast, thorough, friendly and expert service. Bar none the best dentist group in North Alabama. And that's coming from someone who grew up disliking going to the dentist.
Dr Emily was her usual competent and congenital self. She replaced a 40 year old filling that was quite deep. The procedure was painless, and exceptionally well done. Dr. Emily asked regularly if I was comfortable and told me to let her know if I felt any discomfort.. There was none and the fit is excellent. I have recommended The Macintoshes to many friends and colleagues . They are wonderful dentists and great people to know.
