We've used Madison Family Dentistry for 5 1/2 years and have been extremely happy with the care provided. Doctors Paul and Emily MacIntosh and the entire staff are fantastic.
If its possible, Dr.Paul and Dr. Emily and their staff make going to the dentist a pleasure, instead of something to dread....thats really the highest praise I can give. (I used to hate going to the dentist!)
Dr Emily and assistance were both wonderful! Asany do, I experience a high level of anxiety at the dentist. They took great care of explaining the process as they went and to make sure I was comfortable. Excellent experience!
I actually fell asleep in the chair. I had a filling done and I didnt feel a thing, and the staff as SUPER nice. Very professional service that inspired trust and faith in the abilities of the people doing the work. I will have my family going here, and will be back for years to come.
Madison Family Dentistry is just that, they make you feel like "family." The wait time is always less than ten minutes, the office staff are friendly, welcoming an helpful. One thing I also enjoy about coming to this office is the electronic confirmations that you receive prior to the appointment date. The office is also very good at calling you to check on your surgerical procedure.
Thanks for eliminating my fear. Except for when you had to administer the SHOTS, the procedure went well. I am experiencing tenderness each time I bite. I am sure the temporary is not seated properly and it needs to be filled down more. I will be back from Knoxville, TN Sunday night. I will call to schedule a time for you to adjust the bite. Thanks for making this experience a plesant one.
The entire staff was very warm and made one feel comfortable. Dentist and hygienists were patient and explained everything. Very very good experience.
From e-mail and text reminders of appointments to the super friendly and excellent staff...this place is the best. Going to the Dentist is never fun, but going to a place like this makes it better
