My Aunt has lived here for 30 years she is a senior and know one has addressed her many maintenance issues. She contacted the rental Office and they blocked her calls and Emails. I’m sending concerns over to BBB. Better Business Bureau. Totally unacceptable!!
This company has disgusting customer service and a very careless rude staff with no consideration for emergencies whatsoever even the consultant who’s job is to answer questions decided I was asking too many and hung the phone up on me as I was talking and wouldn’t answer for call backs please move somewhere better if you can this company is unnecessarily rude and unprofessional as hell

It’s been more than 45 days and I still haven’t received my security deposit. The manager been on vacation for months .
Though I had an unfortunate loss of a job, and had to vacate the premises, I enjoyed the comfort of my one bedroom apartment. I'm an amputee and I had an apartment on the first floor.
