I’m giving five stars, but that’s only because I don’t want to screw your rating. I’m going to give an honest opinion though. First of all, your communication is awful. In the professional world, we make phone calls and actually speak to people. We don’t text them and tell them that their application was denied. If I could give Zero stars I would. Make 7k a month have a 650 credit score and a disabled vet and got declined to rent. Amazing. And people wonder why their our unhoused vets on the street
Tried to move a brand new trailer in.. absolutely horrible about answering their phone and returning calls... when I would hear from them I kept getting told contradicting information about pillars and tie downs... ultimately went with a different park ran by a different company.
Easy to get kind of lost in the dark if you have never been there
