The ONLY reason I am giving this Urgent Care facility a 3 star review is because of Dr. T. He is amazing. He explains everything so thoroughly! He has so much compassion and empathy. You can tell he cares about who comes to see him. In my experience, the nurses and front staff could care less. There's a distinct lack of communication at the front desk. I was in crippling pain and I was just handed paperwork to fill out, once I filled it out at the window, I stood there for the lady at the front desk to take it. I was ignored... read more
This place is a joke. If you aren't feeling well just go somewhere else. For real. I'm sure a doggy daycare could take better care of you.
This place was good. I still like Dr. VJ. He was always great. You can't even get past the lazy staff. They refuse to even try to take my insurance. It is commercial insurance I can use anywhere in the country. And these are the only people that refuse to do anything besides look at me and say no.
