I grew up being taught when a worker is rude to you while servicing you, maybe they had a bad day, maybe they have something going on, give them the benefit of the doubt. I took my 2019 STi in after an oil consumption test after being told they were going to begin their own test for possible ringland failure only to find out they wanted to do another oil change/oil consumption test. Had the BEST experience with Jordan at Eastside Subaru. He is down-to-earth and super lower pressure. He knows the cars inside and out and is proud to work for Subaru -- all of this is evident in interacting with him. It was a total pleasure to work with him (how many salespeople can you say that about???) He got us the color we wanted for the price we wanted. If you are considering a Subaru, call Jordan at Eastside!

I purchased what was supposed to be a brand new Impreza. It was filthy when we had looked at the car, but was told that it would be cleaned up and detailed. We did all the paper work, but when we went out to take the car home, found that the car still had mud on the upholstery,had scratches on the interior and paint chipped off on the exterior paint. Went to Eastside Subaru because my car wouldn't start after a battery replacement. They said it was the starter ($400) and so it was replaced. Same problem the next day but according to ES, it was still the starter. Went back a year later for a bad CV joint. They replaced it but said I needed a new transmission and needed the head gaskets replaced (quote of ~$8000). I decided to wait. They also said my power steering was leaking.
