*** was extremely communicative with me prior to me making the 3 hour drive to Kirkland to look at a 2021 Legacy, he was at the dealership ready to go when we arrived to take it for a test drive and made the process seamless and quick. We were in and out in under 3 hours, which I greatly appreciated.
