When you are a new patient and ask what the cost will be for the service, they respond that there is no co-pay and that they (the clinic) "will work it out with the insurance provider." This will continue after multiple visits until you get a bill in the mail from the clinic for hundreds of dollars that equates to a significant portion of the cost.
