I have to say I am very disappointed with this clinic. They don’t take my insurance, which is fine, I was willing to pay out of pocket. My 6 year was in so much pain from his ear that he was crying. I was denied services because they don’t take my insurance and “it’s their policy” for patients not to be self pay.
Worst customer service ever . Medical assistants were rude and lazy. They said their computer wasn't working so I would just have to pay as if I had no insurance at all . I asked them to call and verify but they said that wasn't good enough I would have to pay . No wonder there wasn't a single person there in the clinic . I will never go there again .
They should change the hours since they decide to close earlier than the time they have, got there at 10:20 and they were closed.
We were in and out in less than an hour. No appointment necessary? THAT'S THE BEST PART!!
Staff was amazing making my daughter feel comfortable. Doctor was excellent and so nice he didn't rush the visit and answered all my questions.
