I feel that the doctors and nurses have been amazing and have worked well with my child and I! They get us in very quickly if anything comes up. Plus the doctors are very attentive and knowledgeable. Especially Dr Campbell you can tell she cares and wants to help! I would recommend this place!

Nobody wants to do their jobs at this place period. It’s been weeks for them to send records to my kids new doctor because they didn’t want to do their jobs the first time when my kid had back to back ear infections so I said fine I’ll just change doctors , well they didn’t disappoint again when it comes to being lazy and not caring about doing their jobs especially when it comes to sick children. We transferred out of practice after months of being ignored for our concerns for our children. Several problems were brought up that were brushed right off, that we later sought outside opinions on and were validated in. Our child received months of care from 2 specialists for problems I was ignored about by his primary care provider. Every appointment felt rushed as well.

Just a bad experience. Dr Seth slammed the door as she walked out of the room, apparently she was upset because I kindly declined the Prevnar 13 vaccine for MY child. Very professional!!! She told me it is indeed required for Kindergarten.....but it is not. I had already confirmed with the local school district. She said ALL of my patients get the vaccines or you will be dismissed, telling me my child is now considered, "delayed". Nice choice of words! We have now left the group and are happy!
