The ER doctor referred me to an Eastside spine surgeon because I have 8mm herniated disc and can barely walk or sleep. It took 3 phone calls and finally just waiting a week, before they finally called back to make an appointment with me... for 7 weeks later. When I asked if they could transfer my referral to another clinic, they hung up on me. So far, it's been a month, and I've lost 15lbs waiting for the appointment with their physician's assistant. I would say that Dr Jaren is the best doctor I ever met. He listened carefully to everything I said, and educated me on what I have and what needs to be done. I started feeling better by just taking to him before taking any medication.

One of the least empathetic service provider i have ever interacted with. I've been referred to eastside neuroscience during my urgent care visit. I've been calling them to schedule an appointment and they won't setup any appointments without having referral in their system. I have physical paper work and it is an option to present them during my first appointment. Each time i speak with someone, i get a feeling that they couldn't care much. I am going to call my urgent care tomorrow to find an alternate provider.
