Outstanding Service — Four Motorcycles and Counting! I absolutely love this place! I've purchased four motorcycles from Chad, and every experience has reinforced why this is the dealership I want to do business with. Grishy- Excellent customer service and gave multiple options to choose from. Chad- Helped get my bike rescheduled for delivery when I couldn’t receive it due to my personal schedule. All in all, good customer service and a friendly/clean environment. I will be returning for another purchase as well as referring others.
Doc, Darla and the sales staff are great at what they do! Great service. The Service manager is yet another ace in the hole! Deb works with you in clothing! All in all a 5 Star experience! Make the trip to East Side Harley Davidson!
Eastside Harley Davidson does a great job in their service department. Chris is helpful and responsive. Nick in Parts is super helpful.
Excellent communication and service from Jared Ream while doing the 1k service on my 2025 CVO Street Glide. He stayed in communication with me while I was out of town and promptly called me back when he needed to gather information that wasn't available during our initial call. He made it easy to want to have all my service done at Eastside HD. Thanks Jared.
