I’ve dealt with three body shops in the last year and I’m VERY impressed with Eastside Moray Collision and Glass. Iris is the reason I’m coming back. She is wonderful to deal with, friendly and so organized. She communicated very well when I was on vacation and even gave me a loaner. The work was top notch too. Customer relations means a lot to me and they delivered.
This business is amazing! I got it from a local fb community page. From the first contact to the finished job, it was the best service/experience I have ever had. They take care of every detail from the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by the super efficient, friendly and caring Iris, to the moment I picked up my car, it was a seamless, stressless, pleasant experience. You can’t go wrong with taking your vehicle to Eastside Moray! I have taken my 20 year old truck there twice and both times the service has been outstanding. I recently had a MPI claim and from the time I had to drop off my truck for them to inspect the damage, Iris offered me one of their courtesy vehicles so I was able to go back to work, when I had to drop off the vehicle to get the bodywork done, arrangements were made for a Uber to pick me up to take me to get my rental car. Amazing Sevice, keep you updated constantly with where your vehicle is process. So easy to deal with. Hands down the only collision place I will use going forward
