I don’t understand how Dr. Kupferman has such good ratings. She was by far the worst doctor I have ever been treated by. Condescending, dismissive, and incredibly rough. I’ve never had issues with discomfort or pain with routine care until seeing her. Needless to say I will never be returning.
I will not be going back to Dr. Kupferman, and I seem to be one of many, as I know several other women who have said the same exact thing, and their reasoning is the same as mine. I went to her for years and I thought she was friendly and caring and kind. I trusted her and wouldn’t have dreamed of leaving. DO NOT RECOMMMEND. Someone close to me has dementia and was experiencing some female issues. I saw a brochure for Dr. Kupferman (and it said she dealt with that specific issue) at the Center for Women's Health (where I am a very happy patient) so had a false sense of security and didn't do my proper due diligence (I now know she is not affiliated with the Center for Women's Health so must just rent office space). I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kupferman!! I found Dr. Kupferman about 18 months ago while searching for a gynecologist who specializes in menopausal care. In my first appointment I came with a list of questions / concerns. Dr. Kupferman kindly addressed each point without making me feel rushed. Her bedside manner is warm and empathetic. After the first appointment I started hormone replacement therapy and Dr. K helped adjust the dosage until it was exactly right for me. I've been seeing Dr. Kupferman for a few years and i've always been very satisfied with her care. She's great at explaining all the procedures and things she's looking into and answered all of my questions, providing me with solutions that work for me
