I hope Dr. Kupferman take this as constructive feedback. As patients we are nervous to come see a new doctor especially an obgyn due to the natures of our visit. Upon the first two visits I would say neither her nor her assistant seemed caring to me. I would agree with another reviewer that it was quite dismissive and seemingly condescending. I will not be going back to Dr. Kupferman, and I seem to be one of many, as I know several other women who have said the same exact thing, and their reasoning is the same as mine. I went to her for years and I thought she was friendly and caring and kind. I trusted her and wouldn’t have dreamed of leaving. Then I guess she turned into a Mona Lisa rep; either that or she gets some kind of a kickback from them because the only thing she cares about is getting her patients signed up for a very pricey vaginal rejuvenation proced... read more
Saw Dr. Kupferman after a referral from my GP. She was very helpful in addressing my concerns and was very diligent to look at my concerns from many different prospectives.
I don’t understand how Dr. Kupferman has such good ratings. She was by far the worst doctor I have ever been treated by. Condescending, dismissive, and incredibly rough. I’ve never had issues with discomfort or pain with routine care until seeing her. Needless to say I will never be returning.
