They were prompt in contacting me and in coming out to talk to me about the project, as well as arranging a quick appointment to take care of the project for me. I've been very pleased.
Totally about customer satisfaction- Eastside knows their business and they have a highly energetic crew that gets the job done.
I hired them to trim the shrubs and plants in the front of the house and when they came asked them if they could also mow my lawn. They did an excellent job on the shrubs/plants. The only issue was they were blowing out the cutoffs and my mulch was going with it. There are small cuttings on top of the mulch but they will die and blend in with the mulch. I would hire them again and recommend them highly.

Part of our back yard was dug up because of a construction project. After trying ourselves to get grass to grow we called for an estimate of what it would take to get rid of our red clay mud puddle. The job was completed a few weeks after our initial contact. Employees are polite young men and hard workers. Now it is our hands if the grass grows. Were were informed of what it would take to restore the lawn. Overall very satisfied with the work and the business. Would recommend.
It took several calls to get an answer. They did a beautiful job on the lawn and cleared most of the trimmings. Overall very satisfied and would hire again.
Seemed a little confused and didnt have all the parts necessary to complete the job. Was curteous, punctual and easy to deal with. Did a good job.
Was very helpful and explained exactly what the problem was and how he would repair it. Would definitely use them again!
They are reliable, knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them and I will continue to work with them for my yard work and landscaping needs.
