"My first experience at this office on December 9, 2025 was extremely disappointing due to the receptionist's behavior. I was bringing my daughter in for a foot injury. Upon walking in, the receptionist did not greet me or make eye contact. I signed in and stood waiting, and she still did not acknowledge me until I asked if there was anything else needed.
