I have not been to Dr Fadi's office yet; however, when the time comes, I will certainly take the opportunity to support someone who is investing in the Eastside.
I was treated poorly the moment I walked in the door. First windows i walked up to looked at me and wouldn't even acknowledge me. The lady at second window did confirm my appointment for 3 pm. I arrived at 2:45. People walked in after me were greeted and brought back to see Dr. At 3:45 I was still waiting to be seen. I finally left vowing never to go to this unprofessional place again.
couldn’t recommend Eastside Endodontics enough! the team is so kind, the Dr is patient and great at what he does! they even helped me greatly with payment (US dental insurance doesn’t cover a lot). i couldn’t be more thankful and highly recommend!
Nice and easy root canal. Gentle hands and quick work. Staff was attentive, professional, courteous, and kind. Would recommend to family and friends.
