Came here on a referral from my dentist for a root canal. Was nervous, but Dr. Fadi was quick, personable and pretty funny! He put me at ease and I experience zero discomfort. Highly recommend!
I needed an emergency root canal while traveling, and they stayed late to take care of me. Wonderful care.
I have not been to Dr Fadi's office yet; however, when the time comes, I will certainly take the opportunity to support someone who is investing in the Eastside.
I was treated poorly the moment I walked in the door. First windows i walked up to looked at me and wouldn't even acknowledge me. The lady at second window did confirm my appointment for 3 pm. I arrived at 2:45. People walked in after me were greeted and brought back to see Dr. At 3:45 I was still waiting to be seen. I finally left vowing never to go to this unprofessional place again.
