Definitely the worst dermatology appointment I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff seemed confused, unclear, and unsure of how to do their jobs. They even misgendered me right away based solely on my name, which shows how careless, unprofessional, and ignorant they are. My appointment with Dr. Ingelman was extremely short. Dr igelman is excellent. Thorough, kind and explains options very well. The front desk is a bit of a challenge. Nice but very slow so be patient. Seeing Dr igelman is worth the effort
