Availability is a plus but they can’t quote me for procedures and I had to call and follow up to get my referral, no physical form or email ever sent to me and they use third party billing so that complicates things. Unfortunately will not be going here moving forward as a result of visibility issues. They need to provide better information up front and provide digital copies of estimates and referrals.
Easy to make an online appointment. Front desk employees are so nice and my doctor is kind, compassionate and a great physician
Love the ability to schedule my appointments online. Office is very spacious and clean and they are always on time which is very rare at a doctors office! I really appreciate the detail they provide when discussing my conditions.
The doctors are amazing. The front desk service is awful. It's impossible to reach them - they don't pick up the phone. I came to pick my medication at 3:43 pm and the office was empty, though the site says they are open till 4 pm.
