Dr Filipof very potentially saved my life when she removed something that I didn't even know was harmful to me. You will definitely wait, but they are worth it. Just bring a book with you �

Love Dr Manz Dulac. Started seeing her 20 years ago and now my daughter is a patient. I would not go anywhere else. The staff is amazing and they run a cordial and tight ship !!!
Wait time is usually at least 30 mins or (more likely) longer. Looking to move to another dermatologist because I don't have time to sit around.
Mr Manz is the best. Alway concerned about her patients. My visit was very efficient. Dr Manz is always concerned about everyone's health. Thank you for all he care for me andy family
Just called for an appointment at the Chesterfield location. Told Holly the receptionist that I would be a new client paying cash out of pocket. She told me the price and asked if I was between insurance. I told her that I'm am currently uninsured. She proceeded to tell me "it's illegal to not have insurance so you'll have to work on that at some point". Needless to say I did not schedule an appointment with your establishment.

I cannot speak for the quality of medical service - because I could not get past the lack of respect shown by the practice as a whole. I arrived on time for my appointment, found 19 other people waiting in the lobby - with 12 chairs. People were on the floor, standing in the hallway, etc. and when I asked about this ... the receptionist said it was always like this, but it moves faster than I'd think. An hour later, it hadn't moved fast enough, and I left. Never to return
We love Dr. Goldsmith, but unfortunately, we will not return to Eastside. Today we waited 60 minutes for our appointment (we arrived at 9:20 for a 9:30 appointment, and saw the doctor at 10:40). In the year we've been patients at Eastside, this has been the rule, not the exception. While the staff is very nice, the booking practices communicate a disrespect for patients' time.
