I had to reschedule a missed appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, and the office was very understanding and flexible in working to immediately arrange a new appointment for the same day. I have only ever had a good experience at Creekside Dentistry and enjoy the friendly office and excellent, quality work that they do!
I always feel important when coming into Creekside! The front office staff are amazing and the hygenists, as well as Dr. Thome, are personable and make me feel special. We are so happy we switched over to Creekside! It's a great dentist office for our whole family!!
Everyone was very friendly. They even managed to tell me that I don't floss enough or brush well enough without making me feel like a bad person, which is something I haven't come across before. I was overall very impressed.
To Creekside Dentistry: August 1st. was my first visit as a new patient. Your staff very graciously welcomed me. The hygenist that took care of me was Wendy Spivey. I've been a patient of Dr. Koehler's since shortly after I moved to Georgia twenty-five years ago; I've moved several times since then but have never gone to another dentist, because once you find a good one, you stick with that one! Every staff member is a true professional and always make you feel appreciated and relaxed. They answer your questions and act with effishently in carrying out their areas of responsibility. I find a relaxed atmospher at all times in the office and in the chair when my teeth are being worked on. Every one makes sure to use your name at all times.
Loved having the headphones so he did not have to hear the drill. Mu8ch more cooperative this time around. Thanks for your patience.
